The all new Eclipse Pro 330 is set to become a firm favourite amongst tourers this season. Based on the popular width of 3.3m the Eclipse Pro 330 boasts a myriad of features including our famed Dura-Tech fully welded air frame with single point inflation for super-fast pitching. As with all our premium awnings, the frame is protected by our Intelligent Frame system (IF) which regulates the air pressure and protects from over-inflation, this is backed up by our lifetime air tube guarantee. The Eclipse Pro 330 has plenty of ventilation, with toughened zip back breathable mesh panels built into both side doors, letting in plenty of air whilst keeping out flying bugs. A full zip in mesh accessory door is also available for both side doors, perfect for warm climates, another great addition for the Eclipse pro 330 is the optional Conservatory Annex which can be zipped to either end of the awning creating a large sleeping area, or a windowed conservatory/storage space.

The Eclipse collection is produced from a technical high performance 600HD high density oxford weave, which provides the aesthetics, tactility and resilience of a traditional awning, whilst retaining extraordinarily lightweight properties, balancing the usability of man-made fibres and tactility of natural fabrics; this not only creates a refined sense of luxury, but provides vital weight and space saving benefits. The material is exceptionally water resistant, featuring a hydrostatic head of 6,000mm, therefore water will simply bead onto the surface, before rolling off. A lighter coloured roof material reflects heat to help maintain a pleasant internal temperature.

The Oxygen Air Frame is the quickest, simplest and most reliable inflation system on the market, with no adjoining pipes/taps spoiling the immaculate lines of our stunning designs. The Oxygen Air Frame comprises our welded single point inflation Oxygen Air Frame technology, which utilizes a series of interconnected high-pressure tubes, the famed Dynamic Speed Valve and our patented Intelligent Frame Relief Valve. Inflation is swift using the Dual Action Hand Pump provided, whist deflation is just the push of a button. The exclusive pressure relief valve prevents damage to the tube through expelling any excess air, which is usually caused by overinflation, or fluctuations in the ambient temperature; each valve is discretely concealed by a Velcro cover. Expansive tinted anti-glare windows and roof skylight panels permit an excellent vista of the surrounding outside world, whilst protecting against any harmful UV rays, increasing privacy and maintaining an airy internal atmosphere; these are accompanied by zip-in curtains, which can be zipped completely back to illuminate your caravan awning, or fully in for total privacy on an evening. We have added Twin Piping (6mm x 4mm) to this model, permitting compatibility with caravans and motorhomes, within the corresponding height range. Ventilation is paramount our designs, which is why the each of the side doors are accompanied by a Phoenix Mesh ventilation fly screen panel to optimize air circulation and keep insects at bay; an assisted healing ‘smart’ material, with the structurally incorporated ability to repair ‘snag’ damage, typically caused by consistent usage over time. Order Confirmation

After placing your order an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This lets you know that Quality Caravan Awnings has received your order and your credit or debit card has been pre-authorised for the purchase amount. Once your order is received we automatically contact our suppliers who will confirm if your item is available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason the item is unavailable (e.g. on backorder) your pre-authorisation payment will be void and we will be in touch via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment

Assuming your order is in stock, your credit card payment will be processed and the item will be shipped within 5 working days after the date of order. We will send a tracking information email 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. Damaged Items

We ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) once it arrives, any damage which you notice please inform the courier and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please email photographs of the damage to info@QualityCaravanAwnings.com so that we can help with the insurance claim on your behalf.

We reserve the right to decline items which are deemed to have been damaged due to abuse (e.g as a result of being erected and incurring damage during a storm or damage that we deem to be wear and tear). This type of damage is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.

Part Delivery / Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Cancellations & Refunds

Returns or cancellations may be requested for a period of 30 days from receiving an item. Any return requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Any orders which are requested within 30 days from the date of delivery and are in an unopened package will be subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. We will advise the cost of returns as they vary between items.

Please note, we are unable to process returns for any items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it was when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card that was used to place the order. We ask that customers please contact info@qualitycaravanawnings.com with details of their request so that a return authorisation number and return address can be issued.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for Sunncamp products.

Additionally, as Walker awnings are custom made for the specific make, model and year of your caravan, they are non-refundable.
