The Camp Star 350 is produced from a premium, ultra-lightweight 120HDE fabric weave, which has been specifically engineered to deliver lightweight, compact and contemporary products that pack neatly away into an inclusive carry bag, making it perfect where weight or space limitations are of key consideration. This material incorporates a 3,000mm Hydrostatic Head and employs fully taped seams throughout, meaning it is exceptionally waterproof and rain will simply bead onto the surface, before rolling off. A lighter coloured roof material reflects heat to help maintain a consistently pleasant internal temperature.

The Oxygen Air Frame is the quickest, easiest, and most reliable inflation system on the market, with no adjoining pipes or taps spoiling the immaculate lines of our stunning designs. Inflation is rapid through our famed Dynamic Speed Valve (DSV) using the Dual Action Hand Pump provided, whilst deflation is just the push of a button. This valve is discretely concealed by a Velcro cover. The Oxygen Air Frame has been quality controlled to ensure optimal performance.

The expansive PVC windows permit an excellent, crystal-clear vista of the surrounding environment, whilst illuminating the tent interior during daytime hours, these are accompanied by toggle-in curtains, which can be rolled completely back, or toggled fully in for total privacy at night. A PE groundsheet has been fully sewn-in to add convenience when pitching, reduce water ingression and help prevent bugs from accessing the tent. This model features a full zip-back front door, accompanied by large windows and toggle in blinds, and a small canopy area designed to offer protection from the elements when entering and exiting the tent. We have implemented a closable Phoenix Mesh ventilation fly screen panel on one of the side windows, to allow the option of creating a through flow of air whilst keeping insects at bay, this is crafted from an assisted healing ‘smart’ material, with the structurally incorporated ability to self-repair any snag damage caused by consistent usage over time.

The breathable three berth inner tent included can be clipped in to provide a luxurious sleeping area, designed to accommodate up to three average size adults. This is created using our darkened grey ‘twilight’ fabric, in order to cut down on exterior light and help you attain a deep, cosy and uninterrupted night’s sleep. This model utilises our bedroom ventilation system to maintain a comfortable sleeping environment by optimising air flow, whilst helping combat condensation and internal humidity.

The Camp star 350 comes complete with high visibility reflective guylines to reduce the risk of tripping, as well as a cable access point extending to the bedroom. This model is packed with steel ground pegs, a double action hand pump, a repair kit, an instruction manual, an inclusive carry bag and a complimentary Dura-tread carpet and footprint groundsheet.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This lets you know that Quality Caravan Awnings has received your order and your credit or debit card has been pre-authorised for the purchase amount. Once your order is received we automatically contact our suppliers who will confirm if your item is available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason the item is unavailable (e.g. on backorder) your pre-authorisation payment will be void and we will be in touch via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment

Assuming your order is in stock, your credit card payment will be processed and the item will be shipped within 5 working days after the date of order. We will send a tracking information email 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. Damaged Items

We ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) once it arrives, any damage which you notice please inform the courier and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please email photographs of the damage to info@QualityCaravanAwnings.com so that we can help with the insurance claim on your behalf.

We reserve the right to decline items which are deemed to have been damaged due to abuse (e.g as a result of being erected and incurring damage during a storm or damage that we deem to be wear and tear). This type of damage is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected.

Part Delivery / Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Cancellations & Refunds

Returns or cancellations may be requested for a period of 30 days from receiving an item. Any return requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted. Any orders which are requested within 30 days from the date of delivery and are in an unopened package will be subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. We will advise the cost of returns as they vary between items.

Please note, we are unable to process returns for any items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it was when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card that was used to place the order. We ask that customers please contact info@qualitycaravanawnings.com with details of their request so that a return authorisation number and return address can be issued.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for Sunncamp products.

Additionally, as Walker awnings are custom made for the specific make, model and year of your caravan, they are non-refundable.
